Since early 70’s have Viola Milano been producing a exclusive real 100% made in Italy filodiscozia 100% cotton fabric. The most soft hand and comfort stretch you can possible find on the market of luxury shirting. A unique experience of brilliance, softness, silky hand, solid dyes with the ultimate history of wearing something true and extreme luxury. Our biggest proud from our own Viola Tessutti collection of made in Italy fabrics for shirting and tailoring. This 100% made in Italy Filodiscozia Jersey Cotton is the ultimate experience of luxury leisure shirting. Since 1970 have Viola Milano been producing knitted fabrics dyed and mercerized in yarn filodiscozia (lisle Yarn).
The defination “Filo do Scozia” (two ply, long staple, double mercerized cotton) has always been used to indicate very high grade cotton jersey fabrics with unique characteristics of brilliance, softness, silky hand, solid dyes and above all for maintaining these characteristics over time.
The Limited label shirt collection include these beautiful 100% made in Italy cotton jersey stretch shirts. All made by hand in Lecce in our own factory, a true statement of real Italian craftsmenship. Fabric is from our own collection of fabrics, Viola Tessutti. All woven with our small partner on the edge of Lake Como.
All shirts has our own made mother of pearl buttons attached on each shirt. Typical characteristic Napoletan pleated shoulders.
